This contract is between Gonzo's Demolition & Junk Removal (the "Business") and AJ (the "Client") dated 03/18/2025.

Please keep in mind that you own the contents of the dumpster until the landfill or transfer station accepts the material.

● LEVEL LOADS ONLY – Over-loaded dumpsters (dumpsters loaded higher than the MAXIMUM LOAD LEVEL mark on the container) will not be hauled, and a return trip fee of $99, plus $45 for each additional day and mileage, will be applied to the cost of the service. We will return when the items above the MAXIMUM LOAD LEVEL mark have been removed. It is unlawful for us to haul loads loaded higher than the side of the container.

● INCLUDED DISPOSAL WEIGHT – The 16 yard dumpster rental includes 1 TON (2000 lbs.), the 20-yard dumpster rental includes 2 TONS (4000 lbs.), and the 40-yard dumpster rental includes 3-4 TONS (6000-8000 lbs.).

● DENSE MATERIAL – e.g. Shingles, concrete, brick, plaster, etc. Small amounts of dense materials are permitted but keep in mind that they are very heavy, and your rental includes a certain amount of included disposal weight.

Any weight over that will be billed to you at $85.00 per HALF TON, rounded up to the nearest HALF TON. THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT ALLOWED IN ANY SIZE DUMPSTER IS 4 TONS (8000 lbs.). Dumpsters loaded heavier than 4 TONS may not be picked up, and a return trip fee of $99, plus $45 for additional day and mileage charge.

● OVER-WEIGHT DUMPSTERS – each additional day will be applied to the cost of the service. We will return when the items causing the dumpster to be overweight, have been removed loads OVER (4)TONS WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A $250.00 ADDITIONAL FINE ON TOP OVER TONNAGE FEES.

● NO HAZARDOUS MATERIAL

● BIOMEDICAL, RADIOACTICE, or PCMWASTE – You will need to contact the EPA.

● NOLIQUIDWASTE – All liquids are prohibited from landfills. This includes wet paint and automobile fluids. Paint is accepted in dry form only. If wet paint is discovered, there will be a $50 disposal fee per gallon.

● CERTAIN APPLIANCES – Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Water Heater, Washer and Dryer. No Microwaves, etc.

● NO TIRES – Tires cannot be placed in the dumpster. If tires are discovered, there will be a $50 disposal fee added for each tire. We can haul tires separately with our junk removal service. For pricing and arrangements, please contact us.

● NO BATTERIES – Lead acid batteries cannot be placed in the dumpster. They can generally be taken to any auto parts store.

● NO ELECTRONICS – If there is a wire, do NOT place it in our dumpsters. Please place them near the dumpster if safe or call and let us upon drop off of your electronic items. Additionally fee of $100 will be applied to electronics found in the dumpster.

● NO HOT ASH OR COAL – No hot ash, coal, or items that were once on fire and have not had ample time to fully extinguish. If you have any of these items, contact us for loading instructions.

● CONCRETE, BRICK, PLASTER, etc – See DENSE MATERIAL above.

● MATTRESSES – Mattresses and box springs are permitted.

● NO PFOS/WET OR DRY FIRE EXTINGUISHER WASTE

● UNACCEPTABLE MATERIAL – Aerosol cans, liquids, animals, antifreeze, asbestos, barrels, batteries, chemical products, contaminated soil (mixed with solvents, gasoline, lead paint chips, etc.), fluorescent tubes, food waste, hazardous waste, herbicides & pesticides, industrial waste, lubricating/hydraulic oil, medical waste, motor oil, oil filters, other flammable liquids, paint (except completely dried latex paint), propane tanks, radioactive material, railroad ties, rock/sand/dirt (in large quantities), solvents, tires, transmission oil, etc. Each dumpster rental includes up to 7 days of rental time. Unless a special request has been made, or you’ve taken advantage of a special offer, we will automatically schedule the pick up of the dumpster for 7 days out from the delivery date, the following week (i.e. Monday-Monday).

It is your responsibility to contact us if you need the dumpster picked up or swapped out early. If you would like to extend the rental time beyond the PICKUP DATE listed on page 1, please call us at least 2 days before that date. Each additional day is $45. We cannot guarantee an extension, since there is a chance that we have already reserved the dumpster for another customer. If you have any questions or special requests regarding pick-up times, please call us at (619) 592-5164. Please make sure the dumpster is ready to go, and not blocked in, on the pick-up day. WE START PICKING UP AT 8 A.M. If, when we arrive to pick up the dumpster, if it is unavailable, or blocked in where it cannot be picked up, you will be charged a $99 trip fee. Another attempt will be made the following business day.

You will be charged a $99 trip fee for each unsuccessful attempt, plus $45 for each additional day. PLEASE REMEMBER NOT TO BLOCK IT IN THE DAY OF PICKUP. We will happily place the dumpster wherever you ask us to, as long as we deem it safe. You are responsible for all permits (if required) and any fine resulting from the lack of obtaining them. We promise to treat your property the way we would want ours to be treated, and do our best not to damage any property. That said, dumpster trucks are heavy, dumpsters are heavy, and what you put in the dumpster will more than likely be heavy, so please understand that even though we take precautions not to damage property while delivering or picking up a dumpster, there is no way to guarantee that no damage will occur.

Gonzo's Junk Removal LLC assumes NO LIABILITY for property damage. You are responsible for any damage done to the dumpster (besides normal wear). The following is not considered normal wear: burn marks, machinery or vehicle damage, paint/graffiti, holes, large dents, pealed decals, etc. PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN OUT, AND AWAY FROM, THE DUMPSTER. Gonzo's Junk Removal LLC assumes NO LIABILITY for injuries sustained while in, on, around, or loading the dumpster.

The Business will invoice the Client after completion of milestone(s) or the Project, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project.

Payment will be made to the Business via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business.

The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Goods unconditionally unless a claim that the Good(s) are defective is made within [timeframe] from the date of delivery.

The Business promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.

Each party has the authority to enter into this Contract and to perform all of its obligations under this Contract.

The Contract ends on [contract end date] unless one of the parties ends the contract before that time. If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract prior to Project completion, the Client is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date.

The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.

Client will reimburse the Business for reasonable expenses incurred by the Business in the provision of services under this Contract.

No refunds will be provided for the work completed or services performed under this contract. Services or work completed are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship until [warranty time frame].
