GDC Demolition Contracting experienced demo team has worked in some of the most prestigious buildings in the greater San Diego area completing tenant improvement work including interior strip-outs. We are well-equipped and familiar with the ins and outs of the technicalities and etiquette required to work in commercial and high-rise buildings.\r\nWhen completing TI\'s and interior demolition, we essentially remove everything from inside an existing structure. The interior is stripped down to its essential supports so that it can be redesigned to create new space for offices, working areas, and other types of rooms.
